Ingredients for making pakodas for curry
One cup gram flour

To make Kadhi, you have to first prepare the pakodas. For this, take gram flour in a big bowl, add some water and salt to it, beat it well, and prepare a thick batter. After preparing this solution, heat oil in a pan and make pakodas by adding a little gram flour solution to the hot oil on medium flame. Prepare it and keep it aside.

Ingredients for Kadhi batter
2 bowls curd
One tablespoon gram flour
Half teaspoon turmeric
Salt as per taste

To prepare the Kadhi batter, first, churn the curd in a vessel and then mix gram flour in it and beat it. After this add turmeric, water, and salt as required in curd. Your curry solution is ready. Now you just have to season it.

Seasoning material
4 to 5 curry leaves
Half teaspoon mustard
A pinch of asafoetida
Half teaspoon fenugreek seeds
A quarter teaspoon of cumin
2 to 3 whole red chillies

To add tempering to the curry, first heat oil in a pan. After this, add mustard, fenugreek, cumin, and curry leaves and fry properly. After this, add whole chili and asafoetida to the pan. Lastly, pour the curd solution into the pan and keep stirring with a spoon until the curry starts boiling. Don't stop running it.
After that reduce the flame and let the curry cook for 10 minutes. Now add pakodas to it and cook for a minute and then turn off the gas. Your curry is ready.
