Yoga For Eyes: Everyone knows that yoga is very beneficial for your health, and physical and mental development. But very few people know that yoga has many benefits for eye care as well. Yoga has attracted the attention of people around the world as a means of fitness. Its regular practice helps in improving the functionality of the organs and maintaining health. But do you know that some yoga poses also work for your eyes? You do not even need any special place to do these exercises. You can do them comfortably wherever you are.

What is yoga for the eyes?
Eye yoga exercises, often referred to as eye yoga, are activities that aim to tone and condition the muscles that support your eyes. Eye yoga practitioners often recommend trying to enhance your vision, heal the symptoms of dry eyes, and reduce eye strain. Some studies also show that practising eye yoga poses can improve their focus and also reduce the symptoms of eye strain.

1. Palming
Rub your palms together vigorously and place them over your eyes, this gives your tired eyes some much-needed rest from the energy generated in the hands. With regular practice, your dark circles can eventually lighten.

2. Adjust Your Vision
Focus on your breath while rolling your eyes. If you sit quietly, roll your eyes and breathe rhythmically, your eye muscles will once again come into balance.

3. Look at figure eight
Visualizing a giant figure 8 on the floor and tracing it both clockwise and anticlockwise can increase eye flexibility and control.

4. Stretch Your Eyes
By moving your eyes diagonally right and left while focusing on what you see, your eye muscles will remain strong and active.

5. Blink
You can treat dry eyes yourself. You can hydrate your eyes by blinking 10 to 15 times, thrice. Because we are focusing so much of our attention on the computer screen, we often don't blink enough. In such a situation, if the blinking activity is specially done, then the moisture can remain in the eyes.
