Blueberry

If you have a fatty liver problem then you must include blueberries in your diet. They contain polyphenols that may help protect you from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is often associated with obesity and high cholesterol. If blueberries aren't your thing, try other food items rich in polyphenols like dark chocolate, olives and plums.

Grapefruit

Chakotra, also known as grapefruit, is considered very good in fatty liver. Some studies have revealed that some anti-oxidants are found in grapefruit. Which helps fight inflammation and protect the liver from bacteria. Not only this, they also help in repairing liver damage caused by fatty liver.

Avocado

To cure fatty liver problems, it is a good idea to include avocado in the diet. It is rich in HDL i.e. good cholesterol, due to which it is beneficial in case of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It may help reduce fat or blood lipids and prevent liver damage.

Apple

Consumption of apples is considered good for overall health. If you consume apples regularly, it helps you keep your liver healthy.
