At the same time, many cases of adulterated ghee being sold in the market are constantly coming to the fore these days. You should know that these days quality oil, vegetable oil, and Dalda are being used to adulterate ghee. Not only this, hydrogenated oil is also used to adulterate ghee.

You can detect adulteration in ghee by taking salt. In this process, you have to take two spoons of ghee and put it in a vessel. After this, mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and hydrochloric acid.

After doing this, you have to put this mixture in ghee and leave it for 20 minutes. After doing this, if there is any change in the color of the ghee, then there is a big possibility that your ghee has been adulterated.
