Things not to eat with tea
Green vegetables
Green vegetables may not be eaten directly with tea, but vegetables are added to different food items and then these cooked dishes are eaten with tea. But, on eating green vegetables with tea, tea absorbs the nutrients of these vegetables, due to which the body does not get any quality of these vegetables. That is why it is better to avoid taking vegetables with tea.
Turmeric
Things rich in turmeric should be avoided with tea. This is because the properties of turmeric and tea get mixed, which makes it difficult to digest them together. This can cause acidity and bloating problems.
Dry fruits
It is rarely advised to take iron-rich things with milk. Due to this milk tea and dry fruits are considered opposite to each other. Consuming these two together can have a bad effect on the body, as well as tea absorbs the nutrition of these dry fruits, due to which they do not have much effect on the body.
Curd
Eating things made of milk or curd along with tea is like compromising on health. Both curd and milk are milk products, but consumption of both of them together leads to the problem of acidity. Consuming tea with curd can cause stomach upset.
Lemon
