Start the day with fenugreek water

To lose weight, start the day with fenugreek water. You can also drink fenugreek water tea on an empty stomach. Fenugreek improves digestion, reduces insulin resistance and removes toxins from the body. Fenugreek seeds are rich in fibre and the amino acids present in it control blood sugar.

Eat broccoli 2-3 times a week

Broccoli is rich in nutrients. It improves insulin sensitivity and helps in weight loss. It contains fibre, which keeps the stomach full for a long time. Protein, calcium, iron, zinc and potassium are found in it. It cures digestion. You can use it as a vegetable, salad and soup.

Drink cinnamon water after lunch

Cinnamon can also make weight loss easier. Anti-oxidants are found in cinnamon. Apart from this, essential elements like protein, iron and phosphorus are also found. It strengthens metabolism and reduces the production of thermogenesis, which leads to fat burning.

Mix sesame seeds in flour

Sesame seeds balance the level of estrogen in the body and help in reducing weight. It has a very high fibre content. Sesame seeds help in burning excess fat. You can knead the dough by adding one teaspoon of sesame seeds to the roti flour.
