If you are looking for something good and healthy for light hunger in the evening, then you can make Hara Chana Kebab. This snack is prepared in minutes with a very easy recipe.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • a bowl of green gram
  • 100 grams of chopped spinach
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • green coriander
  • ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • two green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • one teaspoon of coriander powder
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • juice of half a lemon
  • Oil (for shallow frying)

Method :

  • Put all the ingredients together in a blender and grind them finely.
  • Now mix rice flour in it and knead the dough.
  • After this, make small balls of this dough and flatten them with the help of your hands.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry all the kebabs in it.
  • Fry this kebab till it becomes crispy and golden.
  • Green gram kebab is ready. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
