If you are looking for something good and healthy for light hunger in the evening, then you can make Hara Chana Kebab. This snack is prepared in minutes with a very easy recipe.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- a bowl of green gram
- 100 grams of chopped spinach
- 8-10 mint leaves
- green coriander
- ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
- two green chilies
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- one teaspoon of coriander powder
- a pinch of asafoetida
- half teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- juice of half a lemon
- Oil (for shallow frying)
Method :
- Put all the ingredients together in a blender and grind them finely.
- Now mix rice flour in it and knead the dough.
- After this, make small balls of this dough and flatten them with the help of your hands.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry all the kebabs in it.
- Fry this kebab till it becomes crispy and golden.
- Green gram kebab is ready. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
