Ingredients required to make milk syrup-
One and a half liters of milk
2 tbsp Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Almonds
2 tbsp Pistachios
Half a pinch of saffron
2 tsp Custard powder
Pistachio slices for garnishing
Half cup sugar (as per taste)
How to make milk sherbet?
To make milk syrup, first of all, take a bowl.
Then add hot water to it and add cashews, almonds, and pistachios to it.
After this, soak these dry fruits in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Then take out the dry fruits from the bowl and peel the almonds.
After this, put all these things in the mixer jar.
Then add 2 tbsp milk to it and grind it to make a smooth paste.
After this, take out the prepared paste in a bowl and keep it aside.
Then pour milk into a big pan and heat it on medium flame.
After a while, add saffron to the milk and boil it while stirring.
Then add dry fruit paste to it and mix well.
After this, cook the milk well till it becomes slightly thick.
Then mix custard powder and half a cup of milk in a small bowl.
After this, add custard powder milk to the pan and mix it.
Then you cook it well again till it becomes slightly thick.
After this, put half a cup of sugar in it and cook for a while.
Then you turn off the gas and leave the milk to cool down.
After this, pour cold milk into a big bowl.
Then keep it in the fridge for about 4-5 hours and let it cool down.
Now your milk sherbet is ready.
Then pour the milk into a serving glass and pour ice over it.
After this, garnish it with pistachio shavings and serve it cold.
