We are talking about fennel syrup. Fennel is found in every Indian kitchen. Using this you can make delicious sherbet. It will not take much effort to make it. It not only cools your body but it is considered beneficial for health. Let us tell you the easy method of making fennel syrup.

Ingredients for syrup
Fennel seeds - 1/2 cup
Sugar - as per taste
Lemon - 2 tsp
Black salt - as per taste
Salt - as per taste
Mint leaves - 3 or 4
Ice cube

Method
To make fennel syrup, first clean and wash the fennel thoroughly. After this soak it for about two to three hours. When it gets soaked well, take it out and put it in the mixer.

Add sugar, black salt, mint leaves, and water to the mixer along with fennel. Grind all these things well. Now take out this paste and keep it in a vessel. After this, add water as per the need.

Now add lemon juice to the juice as well. Pour syrup into a glass and add ice cubes. Now serve the chilled juice to your family members.
