Many food lovers like milk and jalebi very much. They enjoy it almost daily. Well, today we will tell you how to make Crispy Jalebi at home, which will eliminate the hassle of going out and eating every day.

Ingredients
1/2 cup - all-purpose flour
Oil or ghee (for frying)
cotton cloth
1/2 tbsp - Baking powder
1 tbsp - curd
2 cups - water
1 pinch - yellow color
1 tbsp - corn flour

Ingredients for making sugar syrup
2 cups - sugar
2 cups - water
1/2 tbsp - cardamom powder

Recipe
First of all, make a paste by adding flour, baking soda, corn flour, and water in a vessel.
Now add curd to this mixture and mix it well.
- The solution should not be thin, otherwise, the jalebi will not be good.
Now add yellow color to the solution and mix it well.
Leave the mixture covered for some time.
- On the other hand, to make sugar syrup, first put 2 cups of water in a pan and heat it on the gas.
When the water becomes slightly hot, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and boil it until the syrup is ready.
- When the syrup is well made, take it off the gas and keep it. The syrup should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas.
When the oil is well heated, put the prepared mixture in a cotton cloth and press it with your hands to give it the shape of a jalebi. Sauce bottle can also be used instead of cotton cloth.
If the jalebi is cooked from one side, then turn the side.
When the jalebi is cooked from the other side, put it in sugar syrup and leave it for a while.
After that take it out from the syrup and serve it hot. It will taste great with curd or rabri.
