What to do?

  • Open your mouth and say WOW loudly. Keep in mind that you have to emphasize all the muscles of the face.
  • You have to open your mouth as wide as possible.
  • Repeat it 10 times and rest for 30 to 60 seconds and then do two sets.

What to do?

  • First of all, sit with your shoulders straight.
  • After this, you move your neck backwards. It has to be kept at a 90-degree angle as if you are looking at the ceiling.
  • After this you have to take out your tongue and keep it straight for 5 seconds, after 5 seconds shift it to the right side and then hold it for 5 seconds. After this, shift the tongue to the left side and hold for 5 seconds.
  • After this, slowly bring the head back to its place and then relax.
  • If you want, you can do two more sets of this exercise at an interval of 1 minute.
  • This exercise has to be done daily and you will slowly see that the fat on your face is reducing to a great extent.

The thing to keep in mind is that the posture should be correct during this type of exercise. If your shoulders are slouched or the neck is not straight, then its effect will not be visible and you may also have back pain. If there is already a problem related to the spinal cord, then you have to keep in mind that only after consulting a doctor, do any such exercise. Many times patients with vitiligo etc. also face a lot of problems due to taking the neck backwards. Even in such a case, you should not do any kind of yoga without medical consultation.
