Although there are many slimming straps and devices in the market, that claim to reduce facial fat, reducing fat requires dietary and lifestyle changes.

There are many such tips, which can make your face look slimmer by helping in weight loss. Here are some tips to help you reduce unwanted fat on your face. Fitness expert Sonia Bakshi, founder of Dance to Fitness Studio, is telling us about these tips.

She says, “Doing the right exercises is most important to reduce facial fat. If you are exercising properly, then the fat of the face will naturally reduce.

Do cardio and aerobic exercise

Doing cardio exercises helps in reducing facial fat. For this try a combination of walking and jogging. This combination is beneficial for you because different muscle combinations are used for jogging and walking. Apart from this, doing aerobics and Zumba exercises can reduce facial fat. Also, some dance exercises can help you with this.

Consume sugar in controlled quantity

Apart from exercise, you also have to pay attention to your diet. For this, you will have to take the controlled amount of sugar in your diet. Avoid taking more than 2 teaspoons of sugar daily. Taking 2 spoons of sugar throughout the day means that even if you are eating biscuits, they also contain sugar. There should be this amount of sugar by mixing all these things.

Do not sleep immediately after eating

The next thing you should take care of in the diet is to have a light dinner and eat it for 3 hours before going to bed at night. Also, after having your breakfast, lunch and dinner, you do not lie down at all. Take a walk for 10 minutes, so that the food gets digested properly.

Do facial exercises

If you do not have time to do exercises like aerobics, zumba or dance, then do some exercises for your face along with your diet. For this, do facial exercises while sitting on the office chair.

Exercise-1

  • Look above for this.
  • Open and close your mouth while looking up.
  • Do this for 3 sets of 20 counts.

Exercise-2

  • Then looking upwards, first see the left and then the right side.
  • Do 1 set of 20 like this.
  • Then look ahead while looking left and right.
  • Also, do 3 sets of 20.
  • After this, first do the exercise of looking up and then looking forward.
  • Do this several times.

Exercise- 3

  • To do this exercise, put a pencil in your mouth.
  • Close the mouth very fast.
  • Try writing your name in the air without moving your face.

Exercise- 4

  • To do this exercise, make a pout with your lips.
  • Then try to tuck your cheeks completely in.
  • It also helps you reduce facial fat.
