Recipe
- First of all, take boiled potatoes and leave them in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- By keeping the potatoes in the refrigerator, they will cool down properly. This will make it easier to make koftas.
After this, crush and mash the potatoes and cheese well. Add flour to it and mix all three well.
- Keep in mind that the mixture should neither be too hard nor too soft.
- Now take dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins) and cut them into small pieces. Add half a spoon of sugar to these.
After this, keep oil in a pan to heat.
When the oil becomes hot, make round balls of the potato and cheese mixture and fill dry fruits inside them.
Now put these kofta balls in hot oil and fry them. In this way, fry all the koftas and take them out.
- If the koftas tear during frying, take them out dust them with dry flour and fry them again.
After the koftas are ready, start making the gravy. For this, take tomato paste, onion, ginger paste and fry it.
- After this add cashew paste to it. Meanwhile, add two tablespoons of hot milk to it.
- Now add dry spices and Kasuri methi to the gravy. Fry the gravy until it starts releasing oil.
- After this add half a cup of water to the gravy. When it starts becoming slightly thick, add cream/cream to it add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and mix.
Now put the gravy once again on low flame and leave it to cook.
