Material
Gram flour – half cup
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Curd – 3/4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 3 to 5
Curry leaves – 4 to 6
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Water – one cup

How to make Dhokla in a pressure cooker
1. First of all, grease a cake tin or container with oil.

2. Now heat a cup of water in a pressure cooker on medium flame.

3. Take a mixing bowl. Add gram flour, semolina, turmeric powder, salt, and oil and mix well.

4. Add curd and all other ingredients.

5. Now add baking soda to it, mix well, and pour the batter into a smooth tin or container.

6. Place the container in the cooker and steam the batter for 10 to 12 minutes.

7. Be sure to remove the whistle of the cooker.

8. Now prepare tadka by mixing some oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, sugar and water.

9. When the Dhokla is ready, keep it to cool, and after some time cut it into small cubes. Pour the tadka mixture over it and serve.
