To prepare mixed pakodas, first prepare the batter.
First of all, prepare the gram flour solution in a bowl and add some salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and chaat masala to it. Keeping this solution aside, now prepare pakodas.
Ingredients for making chili pakoras
Thick chili, three to four boiled potatoes, half cup gram flour, celery, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, fennel powder, finely chopped green coriander, oil.
Method
To make chili pakodas, first, clean the chilies. After this, mix all the spices in boiled potatoes. Now fill these spices properly in the middle of the chilli. After this keep it aside. Now dip it in the batter and fry it in hot oil.
Onion Pakodas
To prepare onion pakodas, first of all, chop the onion. Keep in mind that the onion should be separated, so that its pagodas can be made well. Mix onion in the prepared gram flour solution and fry its pagodas.
Paneer Pakodas
To make paneer pakodas, first cut the paneer into equal sizes. After this add salt and chaat masala on the cheese pieces. Now dip it in the prepared solution and fry it in girl oil.
Spinach Pakodas
To make spinach pakoras, first, wash and clean the spinach leaves thoroughly. After this, take one leaf each and cut it. Dip it in gram flour solution and fry it in oil.
Cabbage Dumplings
First of all, soak the cabbage in salt water. After this, cut it into small pieces, dip it in gram flour solution, and fry it in oil.

Now take out all the prepared pakodas in a plate. After this, serve it with coriander chutney and ketchup and win the hearts of your family members and guests.
