There is no doubt that jaggery is 100% healthier than sugar, and is full of nutrition. But this does not mean at all that you should not control yourself while eating it.

White salt
People suffering from diabetes are more likely to be affected by high blood pressure, which increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease. However, consumption of salt does not affect blood sugar. However, limiting salt or switching to rock salt can save you from diabetes complications.

Curd
The nature of curd is hot. Due to this, it takes a lot of time to digest. Because digestion becomes weak in diabetes, consumption of curd in large quantities is likely to increase obesity, cholesterol, and triglycerides. However, sometimes buttermilk can be consumed by diabetic patients.
