To make Dahi Ke Kebab, 3 cups hung curd (yogurt), 1 cup grated paneer, 1 finely chopped onion, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 5-6 chopped roasted cashew nuts, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped, 1 tbsp gram flour, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.

To make Dahi Ke Kebab, first add paneer, onion, green chilies, cashew nuts, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves to the curd and mix them all well... Then mix gram flour and some bread crumbs in it and make a thick batter like curd.

Now take a big ball from this prepared mixture and give it the shape of a kebab. Then coat it with bread crumbs and freeze it for half an hour.
