Ingredients to make Tomato-Tofu Soup

4 big sized tomatoes

100 grams soybean tofu

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms

2 cups chopped vegetables

1/2 onion finely chopped

1/2 cup chopped garlic

1 teaspoon tamarind paste

1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp vegetable oil

Salt as required

Easy method of making tomato-tofu soup

– To make soup, first of all cut the tomatoes into quarters and tofu into cubes. After this, wash and cut the mushrooms and chop the onion finely. Take a saucepan, add vegetables in it and boil it on medium flame. Now add tofu in this mixture and let it boil for 2 minutes.

– After this, place a pan on medium flame and heat oil. Add onion in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add sugar and tomatoes in the pan and fry for 5 more minutes. Now mix all the ingredients. Mix onion mixture with mushroom and tomato sauce in it.

– Now boil the mixture and add tamarind paste to it and keep stirring for some time. Add salt in it as per requirement. In this way your delicious tomato and tofu soup will be ready. You can serve it garnished with coriander leaves and garlic. Everyone will like its taste.
