Ingredients required to make ragi barfi-

1 cup ragi flour

1/2 cup mawa (khoya)

1 cup milk

2 tbsp dry fruits chopped

1 tbsp poppy seed

1 cup jaggery crushed

2 tbsp desi ghee

How to make ragi barfi?

To make ragi barfi, you first take ragi.

Then grind it in a mixer jar and knead the dough.

After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it.

Then add chopped dry fruits to it and fry on low flame till it becomes golden.

After this, grease the base of a plate/tray well with ghee.

Then sprinkle poppy seeds on it and keep it aside.

After this, heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour.

Then while stirring it, fry it on low flame only.

After that add crushed jaggery to it and cook till it melts.

Then add fried dry fruits to it and cook till the mixture leaves the pan.

After this, you put this ghee on a plate/tray and spread it evenly all around.

Then you leave it to cool down for a while.

After this, when it is set, cut it into shape with the help of a knife.

Now Ragi Barfi full of your goodness is ready.
