Ingredients needed to make Masala Buttermilk-
2 cup curd
2 tsp cumin powder (roasted)
1/2 tsp green chili
1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
1/4 cup green coriander leaves
1 tsp black salt
Plain salt as per taste
How to make Masala Buttermilk?
To make Masala Chaas, first of all, take mint leaves and green coriander.
Then you separate their stalks by breaking them and cutting green chilies.
After this, put mint leaves, green coriander leaves, and chopped green chilies in the mixer jar.
Along with this, add half a cup of curd, cumin powder, and black salt and grind till it becomes smooth.
Then take out this paste in a big utensil.
After this, add the remaining one and a half cups of curd, salt as per taste, and two and a half cup of cold water.
Then with the help of a churner, churn the curd well for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Now your cold masala buttermilk is ready.
Then you serve it in a serving glass by putting ice cubes on top.
