Mango pulp 2 cups
Full-fat milk 1 liter
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 5-6 tsp
Almonds 1 tbsp chopped raisins
1 tbsp
Cashews 1 tbsp
Figs 1 tbsp
Walnuts 1 tbsp
Saffron threads 3-4
How to make Mango Kheer?
To make mango kheer, first of all, take mangoes.
Then you peel it and take out the pulp and mash it.
After this, cut the dry fruits and keep them separately.
Then put milk in a pan and keep it for heating.
After this, mix 2 spoons of milk and saffron in a cup.
Then put some ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits.
After this, while stirring the milk, cook it well till it reduces to half.
Then when the milk is on low flame add sugar and mix.
After this, add mango puree to the milk and mix well.
Then you cook it while stirring it on low flame till it becomes thick.
After this, add saffron, dry fruits, and cardamom powder to it.
Then mix them and keep them covered on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
Now your delicious mango kheer is ready.
Then you keep it in the fridge for 1 hour to cool and enjoy.
