Ingredients to make a syrup of Hibiscus flowers-
1 cup hibiscus flowers
Powdered sugar as required
2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
4-5 cups water
3-4 cube of ice
1 teaspoon mint leaves
How to make a syrup of hibiscus flowers?
To make hibiscus flower syrup, first of all, take a pan.
Then you put about 1-2 cups of water in it.
After this, add mint leaves and hibiscus flowers to it.
Then you boil it well for about 10 minutes.
After this, turn off the gas and leave the mixture to cool down.
Then when it cools down, filter it in a vessel and take it out.
After this add sugar powder as per taste and mix it.
Then add lemon juice to it and mix it well.
After this, serve it chilled by putting ice on top of it in 1 serving glass.
