Collagen Boosting Drink for 30plus Women
Ingredients required
- Makhana – about 20 grams
- Pumpkin seeds- 1 tsp
- Sunflower seeds- 1 tsp
- Grated coconut – 1 tsp
- Papaya- 1 tablespoon
- Dates- 2
- Water- 30 ml
Method to prepare
- Make a paste by blending makhana and dates.
- Now make a paste of pumpkin seeds.
- After this, make a separate paste of sunflower seeds and coconut.
- Now place a layer of pumpkin seed paste in a shot glass. Then add sunflower seed paste and add papaya pieces on top.
