According to experts, neither you should take a bath with very cold water nor should you take a bath with very hot water in winter. Taking a bath with lukewarm water can be beneficial. At the same time, some people take a bath in hot water, then it can cause skin-related problems like moisture of the skin and there can be problems of itching and rashes. Apart from this, if hair is washed with hot water then it also starts having negative effects.

Bathing with cold water is also good in winter but only for those people whose immunity is strong otherwise, it can cause health problems like pneumonia, cough, pain in the throat and fever.
