According to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, arrangements have been made to run about 150 more special trains in the country for the convenience of the passengers going home on Chhath Puja.

Old Delhi-Hajipur-Lucknow (04236/04235)
This train will depart from Old Delhi on November 3 at 10 am and will reach Hajipur the next day at 7:40 am. During this time, this train will stop at Sahibabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Barabanki, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Chhapra and Sonpur.

Old Delhi-Barauni-Lucknow (04238/04237)
This train will depart from Old Delhi on November 4 at 10 am and will reach Barauni the next day at 11:10 am. During this time, this train will stop at Sahibabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Chhapra, Sonpur, Hajipur, Shahpur Paturi.

Old Delhi-Danapur-Varanasi Special (04240/04239)
This train will depart from Old Delhi on November 4 at 12:30 pm. After this, this train will reach Danapur at 8 am the next day. During this time, this train will stop at Sahibabad, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Prayag, Janghai, Bhadohi, Varanasi, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar and Ara etc. stations.
