Dark circles work to reduce the beauty of the eyes. In this, the area under the eyes starts turning black. Under-eye cream is beneficial for lightening dark circles, but due to the presence of chemicals in them, it can sometimes prove to be harmful to the eyes.

That's why it is better to solve this problem through natural methods. You can use oil and fruits to get rid of dark circles. Although, their effect is visible in the delay they do not harm the skin.

Types of dark circles

Badam oil

Ingredients required-

  • 1 tsp almond oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • cotton wool

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of almond oil.
  • Now soak cotton in oil and keep it under the eyes for some time.
  • If you want, you can apply oil only under the eyes.
  • Clean the skin after about 15 minutes.
  • Applying almond oil under the eyes once daily will lighten the dark circles for some time.

Use glycerin

Vitamins A and C are found in orange juice. Both these vitamins are very important for healthy skin. Applying glycerin gives many benefits to the skin.

Ingredients required-

  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • a little glycerin

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Add a little glycerin to 1 teaspoon of fresh orange juice.
  • Apply this paste on the under-eye.
  • After using glycerin in this way once a day, the dark circles under the eyes will start reducing.

Keep these things in mind

  • To avoid dark circles, use rose water on the face. It helps in keeping the skin hydrated.
  • Due to the increase of melanin in the body, some parts of the body start turning black. That's why you should include such things in your diet, which control the production of melanin.
  • Don't take the stress. Also, take 8 hours of sleep. The imbalance in these two causes dark circles.
  • You should also follow the right eye care routine. That is, do not sleep at night with mascara or eyeliner on your eyes. Use eye cream.

Note: Do a patch test before applying anything on the skin, especially around the eyes.
