Salt
Curd

Method
To make flour cheela, first of all, you have to take a cup of flour. Add salt, turmeric, and curd to this flour and mix well. After this add water and prepare its smooth batter.

When its batter is ready, add carom seeds, ginger, green chilies, and all the vegetables and mix it properly. After this, keep the pan on the gas and heat it.

When the griddle gets hot, apply little oil to it so that the griddle becomes smooth. After this, with the help of a big spoon put the batter on the griddle and make cheela out of it. Cook it till it becomes crisp from both sides. When it is cooked, serve it with green chutney and ketchup.
