Mint water
Mint is considered effective in detoxifying the body. To make this, take a glass of water in a pan and let it boil. After this, add 12 to 15 mint leaves in it. Boil them well. Add black pepper to it and boil it for a little more, when it cools down slightly, filter it and drink it sip by sip. This will improve your digestion and detox your body.
Tulsi Drink
Tulsi tea works as a natural detox. It contains natural chemicals which boost metabolism and also improve digestion. To make this, boil 1 glass of water. Add 10 to 12 mint leaves in it and boil it well. When it cools down slightly, filter it. You can add a few drops of honey to it for taste.
Lemonade
For body detox, you can consume warm water and lemon. Lemon helps in removing toxins from the body. It helps in increasing metabolism. This improves digestion and there is no complaint of acidity.
Cucumber juice
You can also drink cucumber juice to detox your body. Cucumber juice contains antioxidants which boost metabolism. Cucumber also has high water content which helps in removing toxins from the body. It also hydrates you.
Coriander Drink
Coriander leaf water is also considered very effective in detoxifying the body. They are rich in fibre and antioxidant elements which improve digestion. This also boosts metabolism. After drinking this drink you can feel healthy. To make this, chop coriander leaves and boil them in one to one-and-a-half glasses of water. When it cools down, filter it and drink it sip by sip.
