Research published in the journal Stroke and Vascular Neurology states that regular cycling reduces the chances of brain hemorrhage problems in people. In this research done by the University of Gothenburg, the researchers shared their views on regular physical activity.

Research has said that the risk of brain hemorrhage is significantly reduced in people who do regular physical activity. Including cycling. This increases the stamina of the body and also develops immunity. The research included people who used to exercise regularly.

Researchers have prepared an analysis for this research based on the data of 686 people. After which the researchers said that it is very important for every person to do light physical activity for at least 4 hours a day. In which walking, cycling, swimming, gardening or dance etc can be done.
