To make bottle gourd juice, first make a paste of 2 bottle gourds, lemon juice, mint leaves, and carom seeds. After this, clean the gourd thoroughly with water. Then peel it and chop it and put it in the blender. Now add one teaspoon of cumin and 15 to 20 mint leaves to it.

Mix all of the above together very well. Now pour a glass of water. Blend again for three to four minutes. So your bottle gourd juice is ready. Filter it and put it in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice as per taste. Consume it empty stomach in the morning.
