# Plank Exercise
This is one of the best calorie-burning exercises, as it works multiple muscles at once, thereby benefiting your body's core strength. This, in turn, burns the fat around your belly. You can incorporate some plank variations to engage more muscle groups to burn an increased number of calories. To do this, get into the pushup position. Lower your elbows perpendicular to your shoulders. Tighten your core, and butt and straighten the spine. Stay in the Plank position for at least 30 seconds.
# Barbell bench press
To do this exercise, first, lie on your back on a bench and keep your feet on the floor. Grab the barbell with both hands. Now to start the exercise, bend your elbows to bring the weight in line with your chest. Look straight and lift the barbell upward toward the ceiling and away from your body. Keep repeating this exercise 15-20 times.
