Ayushman Bharat Yojana is a scheme of the central government under which benefits are given to eligible people. If you are also eligible for this scheme, then you can apply. Under this scheme, the benefit of free treatment is given, the entire cost of which is borne by the government. Ayushman card is made for those who are eligible for this scheme and with this card only you can avail the benefit of free treatment, but there are still many people who are eligible but have not yet applied for this scheme. First, know who can get an Ayushman card made:-
Ayushman cards can be made by those who work in the unorganized sector, those who do not take advantage of ESIC, who are not members of PF, who are financially poor, etc. All these people are eligible to get Ayushman card.
If eligible, then get an Ayushman card made like this:-
Step 1
If you are also eligible for the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, then you can get an Ayushman card.
By getting this card made, you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year.
For this, first of all, you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra
Step 2
By going to the center, you have to meet the concerned officer and tell them that you want to get an Ayushman card made.
In this way your eligibility is checked, if you are found eligible then further process is done.
Step 3
After being found eligible, documents related to the applicant are taken which include an Aadhar card, address proof, and other documents.
These documents are verified and when everything is found correct, your application is done.
After this, you can download your Ayushman card.
