The Government of India runs many types of schemes through which eligible people are benefited. One such scheme is Ayushman Bharat Yojana. This scheme is run by the Central Government under which eligible people are treated free of cost. For this, Ayushman card is first made for those who are eligible. After this, with this card, cardholders can get their free treatment in listed hospitals (hospitals which are registered in Ayushman Bharat Yojana), but many times it is seen that many hospitals refuse to provide free treatment. If this has happened to you or ever happens, then you can complain about it. So let's know what is the way to complain. You can know about this in the next slides...

You should know here that if you are associated with Ayushman Bharat Yojana and your Ayushman card is made, then you are eligible to get free treatment, but if any hospital does not do this, then you can complain about it. There are two ways to do this.

This is the first method
If a hospital refuses to treat you for free even after being registered in the Ayushman Bharat scheme, then you can complain about it from home. For this, you have to go to the complaint portal of the scheme https://cgrms.pmjay.gov.in/GRMS/loginnew.htm and then you can go here and make your complaint.

Second method
The second way to complain is to call. If you want to make a complaint related to the Ayushman Bharat scheme, then you can dial 14555. Here you have to tell your complaint to the officer, after which action is taken on it from their side.

Free treatment is available
After getting the Ayushman card, the cardholder can get free treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals. The government bears the entire expense of this and every year the cardholder is given a cover of Rs 5 lakh. In this, you are given benefits for medical expenses up to 15 days after the treatment.
