Ghee is adulterated by mixing these things:-
Poor quality oil
Vegetable oil
Melted butter
Dalda
Hydrogenated oil etc.
This is how you can differentiate between real and fake ghee:-
Step 1
If you also want to know whether there is adulteration in your ghee, for this, you will need salt.
All you have to do is first put two spoons of ghee in a vessel.
Step 2
Then you have to mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt and one or two drops of hydrochloric acid in ghee.
Mix them all and make a mixture
Now leave this mixture for 20 minutes
Step 3
After 20 minutes you have to see that if the color of the prepared mixture has changed, then you can understand that it is full of adulteration.
Do not consume it in such a situation, because it can harm your body.
