Ingredients for making Amla Chutney
About 6-7 Amlas
Coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
Ginger
Salt
1/2 tsp asafoetida


Method
Making Amla Chutney is quite easy. To make it, first wash the Amla thoroughly and cut it. After cutting, remove its seeds.
After this, boil the pieces of Amla in light water so that they become soft. Strain the boiled Amla and let it cool.
Now put Amla, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt in a mixer. Grind all these things well.
If the chutney seems thick, then you can add some water. Take out the prepared Amla Chutney in a container and then serve it with parathas. It can also be consumed with pakoras.
