To check eligibility, first of all, you have to go to the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in

When you come to the portal, here first of all you will see the option 'Am I Eligible' on the top, on which you have to click
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number here
An OTP will come on the filled mobile number
Step 3
Enter the OTP that has come on the mobile number here
Then two options will come in front of you, where you have to select your state in the first one
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number and ration card number in the second option
Step 4
Now you have to click on the search
As soon as you do this, information will come on the screen in front of you whether you are eligible for the scheme or not
If you are eligible, then you can go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra and get the Ayushman card made, and then click on this option You can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh using the card.
