Material :
1 cup chickpeas or chickpeas, soaked and washed, ½ cup peanuts, boiled, 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves, red chili, chaat masala and spices to taste, 1 tbsp ghee or any cooking oil of your choice, juice of 1 lemon, salt, and black pepper to taste
Method :
Cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker till two to three whistles, so that they become slightly soft.
Mix boiled chickpeas, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, red onion, and chopped coriander in a large bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, spices, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
Pour this dressing over the salad and mix.
