Step 1
If you are also eligible as per the list mentioned above, then you can also apply.
For this, first of all, you have to go to your nearest public service center.
Step 2
While going to the center, keep your Aadhar card, ration card, and residence certificate carefully with you.
Get some copies of these and take them with you.
Also, carry an active mobile number
Step 3
Then your documents will be verified and eligibility will also be checked.
Then if everything is found correct, the application is made.
After this, your Ayushman card will be ready within 10 to 15 days.
