Paneer is something that is loved by almost everyone. You must have eaten paneer curry many times, but today we have come up with a recipe for making paneer cutlet. It is very easy to make it. So let's know about its recipe.

Paneer Cutlets: Ingredients

Oil - 4 tbsp

Asafoetida - ½ tsp

Cumin - 1½ tsp

Ginger, chopped - 1 tbsp

Green chili chopped - 2 nos

Green peas - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Chilli powder - 2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 big Teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 tbsp

Black salt - 1 tsp

Potatoes boiled and mashed - 1 cup

Paneer crushed - 400 grams/ 2½ cups

Coriander chopped - Handful

Fenugreek leaves - 2 tsp

Bread slices - 4 Gram

flour for

batter - ½ cup

Salt - a pinch

Water - ½ cup

Bread crumbs- 2 cups

Oil - for frying

Bhujia - 1 cup

Method

Heat some oil and add asafoetida, ginger, and green chilies and stir everything together.

After this add green peas, salt, chili powder, coriander, chaat masala, and black salt.

Then add boiled and mashed potatoes to it and mix everything.

Allow cooling before adding mashed paneer, kasoori methi, salt, and chopped coriander.

Dust the mixture with some homemade breadcrumbs and shape it into cutlets.

Make a paste by mixing gram flour, salt, and water.

Dip the cutlets in it and coat them with bread crumbs.

Then cook them on low flame and serve hot.
