You can try crispy nuggets made from potatoes. To make this, make nuggets using poha, potato, onion, capsicum, and peas.
If you feel like eating something crispy with tea in the evening breakfast, then you can make this breakfast. For this, first of all, wash the poha and soak it in water for a minute. Then take a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and put poha in it.
Now add finely chopped onion, capsicum, peas and green coriander to it. On the other hand add some cumin powder, mango powder, red chilli, garam masala and some salt. You can also add rice flour to it for taste.
Make small balls from the dough. Then roll it with a rolling pin and make it in the shape of nuggets. After this prepare the cornflour solution in the bowl. In which fry it after deep frying.
Dip the nuggets thoroughly in the cornflour solution. After this wrap it in breadcrumbs and deep fry it.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Put the nuggets in the pan and shallow fry till golden brown. This can be eaten with green chutney or ketchup.
