Champions Trophy: The Champions Trophy is going to start in just a few hours and this time Team India will enter this ICC Trophy without its biggest match winner.

Jaspreet Bumrah, who played the most important role in ending the drought of ICC trophy for Team India, will not participate in this Champions Trophy due to injury.

If a player gets injured by mistake, then it is no one's fault but this time it is the fault of captain Rohit Sharma and coach Gautam Gambhir for injuring Bumrah. If they had not made such a mistake, Bumrah would have been playing the Champions Trophy and Team India would have been staking claim to win the second consecutive ICC title.

Bumrah out of Champions Trophy due to injury

Let us tell you that Jaspreet Bumrah was injured during the fifth Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy, after which he is still out of the team. No information has been given about when he will return. Bumrah was injured on the second day of the fifth match, after which he left the field, then it seemed that it was a minor back spasm and he would get fit soon but till now his injury has not been cured due to which he is missing the Champions Trophy as well.

Bumrah got injured due to Gambhir's arbitrariness

Before this, Bumrah was rarely given Test matches at home and he was not given Test matches against Bangladesh even after knowing that Team India has to play Border Gavaskar Trophy, but Gambhir was insistent that all players will have to play Test matches and due to that he bowled quite well at home as well.

Despite Bumrah's refusal, Rohit made him bowl

Actually Rohit Sharma was the captain in the fourth match and Australia's wickets were not falling due to which Rohit was continuously calling Bumrah to take wickets. He had played all the matches and he had bowled a lot, even after which Rohit was giving the ball to him and in the end Bumrah had to tell Rohit that now he is not feeling strong and he will not be able to bowl anymore. After which Rohit did not give him the ball but by then it was too late.

Bowlers who performed well against Australia A were not given a chance

Because of Gambhir, fast bowler Prasidh Krishna, who performed well for India A, was not being given a chance and Mukesh Kumar was deliberately sent to India so that Harshit Rana could play the Test match. Not only this, Nitish Reddy had batted well but he was not able to support with the bowling, due to which Bumrah was bowling alone. Krishna got a chance in the last match where he performed well.
