This makes mobile networks or even normal wireless communication nearly impossible at sea level.
How do submarines send and receive messages?
Special types of very low frequency (VLF) and extremely low frequency (ELF) waves are used for submarines. The most important feature of these waves is their ability to penetrate deep into the ocean.
