Advice to Shahbaz to find diplomatic options

Shahbaz Sharif met Nawaz at his family residence Jati Umra. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was also present during this time. Shahbaz informed his elder brother Nawaz about the army's preparedness in any difficult situation. 

According to a report in The Express Tribune, a PML-N source said that Nawaz Sharif wants his government to take steps to restore peace between the two nuclear-armed countries. He has also asked Shahbaz to be patient.

 

Nawaz does not want to take an aggressive stance 

Nawaz has advised Shahbaz to use all available diplomatic options. He said Nawaz is not inclined to take an aggressive stance.
