Girl was beaten badly

According to the information, this entire incident is being reported from a village under Shadiabad police station area of ​​Ghazipur. A woman has lodged a complaint in the police station that her granddaughter was going to Shadiabad from her house for coaching on the morning of 29 January. During this time, some miscreants surrounded the girl on the way. The miscreants started doing obscene acts with the girl in public. When the girl could not tolerate all this, she opposed them. After which the accused started beating her. The miscreants beat her badly due to which she suffered serious injuries in her hands and legs. The miscreants left the place leaving the girl dying.

Thought he was dead and ran away

Let us tell you that the victim is completing her studies by staying at her maternal grandmother's house. The girl is currently an intermediate student. She was also taking coaching in the village for her studies. All the accused beat the girl with sticks and rods due to which her head also got fractured and she fainted. Until she fainted, the accused continued beating her and made several fractures in her hands and legs. Thinking the girl to be dead, the accused fled from the spot. After the accused fled, somehow the woman got the news of the incident with the victim.

Police got into action

After this incident, the girl's grandmother took her to Manihari for treatment where the doctor referred her to Ghazipur District Hospital after seeing her unconscious condition. Currently, the girl is undergoing treatment at the Medical College of Ghazipur. After getting information about this incident, the police have registered a case against four named accused and five unknown people under sections 61(2), 76, 110, 191(2), 115(2) and 126(2) BNS 2023. The police is currently engaged in further legal action.
