Rajasthan Budget 2025: Deputy CM and Finance Minister Diya Kumari in the Bhajanlal government of Rajasthan today presented the Rajasthan Budget 2025. In this budget, a big announcement has been made regarding the expansion of the metro in Jaipur.
Rajasthan Budget 2025: Deputy CM and Finance Minister Diya Kumari in the Bhajanlal government of Rajasthan today presented the Rajasthan Budget 2025-26 in the Assembly. Budget 2025 was beneficial for people of almost every section.
This budget was also very beneficial for the people of Jaipur. In which many announcements have been made especially for farmers and livestock farmers. In the budget 2025-26, the Rajasthan government has prepared a very big plan regarding the metro. In which a large amount will be spent for the expansion of the metro.
Due to which a big announcement has been made regarding the expansion of the metro in Jaipur. In this budget, priority has been given to employment for the youth, infrastructure development, urban improvement, women welfare and public transport. In which, from the framework of development, the Bhajan Lal government of the state has announced to allocate Rs 12,000 crore for the expansion of the second phase of Jaipur Metro.
Also, a provision of Rs 550 crore has been made for the development of Panchtatva in each district. Bhajanlal government has announced an investment of Rs 12,000 crore for the expansion of Jaipur Metro Phase 2. The metro line will be extended from Sitapura to Ambabari and Jagatpura to Vaishali Nagar.
In infrastructure, the announcement of the new phase of Jaipur Metro has been made.
In view of the heavy traffic in the major cities of the state, ring roads will be built in 15 cities including Balotra, Jaisalmer, Jhalawar, Dungarpur. Rs 50 crore will be spent for DPR. Jaipur's BRTS will be removed. Rs 250 crore will be given separately for roads in Jaipur.
Under the second phase of Jaipur Metro, work will be done from Sitapura Industrial Area to Ambawadi, Vidyadhar Nagar at a cost of 12 thousand crores. A survey will be conducted for the metro in Jagatpura, Vaishali.
