A similar case has come from Tonk district of Rajasthan where a Muslim blackmailed a minor girl from the Hindu Dalit community and raped her for months and then got her raped by his friends too.

Actually, a minor Dalit girl from Tonk district of Rajasthan uses the social media Instagram. About one and a half years ago, she came in contact with the minor Muslim accused Faizal Akram (name changed) through Instagram. Faizal started praising the minor's video by messaging her on Instagram. The 14-year-old minor girl replied to him by saying thank you.

Now Faizal started to deceive her by sending messages. Slowly they started talking. During this time, Faizal asked the minor girl for her mobile number and they became friends while talking. After some time, he started pressuring the girl to meet him. He started coming to meet her near her house. During this time, he behaved very politely with the girl.

Meanwhile, he seduced the girl and asked for an objectionable video of her. When the girl refused, he deceived her in all possible ways. Falling into his trap, the minor girl made some objectionable videos of herself and sent them to Faizal's mobile and Snapchat account. As soon as he got hold of the girl's objectionable video, Faizal's behavior changed. He started blackmailing the girl.

He threatened the minor that if she did not give him money, he would make her objectionable video viral on social media. Shocked by the blackmail, the minor girl gave him four thousand rupees. Even after this, Faizal did not leave her alone. He repeatedly harassed the minor Dalit girl for money. Due to fear of public shame, the girl would ask for money from her family on some pretext and give it to the accused.

This matter was not limited to money only. He raped the victim several times through objectionable videos and also made a video of it. The victim says that during the rape, the accused Faizal used to stuff a cloth in her mouth so that no one could hear her screams. During this time, he used to torture the girl in various ways. Once, Faizal bit her private part with his teeth.

During this time, he used to threaten the girl in many ways to make her agree to him. One day Faizal sent his photo with a pistol to the minor victim studying in class 8 and threatened her that if she told anyone about this, he would kill the victim and her family. In this way, Faizal kept the girl under his pressure for about one and a half years by threatening her.

When the accused got bored of raping the girl and stopped getting money, he sent the victim's objectionable video to his friend Arbaaz. Now Arbaaz started harassing the victim by calling her and threatened to make the video viral. He threatened the victim to have physical relations with him or else he would make the objectionable video viral.

The victim's father told Dainik Bhaskar that one day his daughter was going somewhere. Arbaaz met her on the way and he forcibly made her sit in his car and took her to a cafe and raped her . This matter continued like this. After this, Arbaaz sent these objectionable videos to his two other friends. These two friends also started pressuring the minor to have sex.

One day, Arbaaz's two friends forcibly made her sit in the car and took her to the Banas river highway and gang-raped her. Tired of this harassment, the girl blocked everyone's number. The main accused Faizal started threatening the victim again and one day he took her on his moped to a house under construction and gang-raped her there along with two other friends, both of whom were minors like him.

After a few days, the accused sent the victim's objectionable video to her brother on Snapchat account. On 13 February 2025, the victim's brother got this video and the matter came to light. The brother requested the accused to remove the obscene video, but he did not agree. After this, the victim's father went to the police station and registered a case. The police have recorded the victim's statement under 164.
