Delhi Politics: Councillor Suman Tinku Rajoura, who represents Ward 50B in Mangolpuri, had joined the BJP earlier this year, she has once again joined the Aam Aadmi Party.
Delhi News: Delhi Municipal Corporation councilor Suman Tinku Rajoura rejoined the Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday, a few months after joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Suman Tinku Rajoura called the decision to join the BJP the biggest mistake of her life.
Suman Tinku Rajoura had joined BJP this year
Councillor Suman Tinku Rajoura, who represents ward 50B in Mangolpuri, joined the BJP earlier this year. Last month, she was expelled from the BJP for six years for alleged anti-party activities. She returned to the AAP along with her husband.
Saurabh Bhardwaj joined the party
AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj presented the party's cap and scarf to Suman Tinku Rajoura while welcoming him back. He said that BJP's betrayal of the poor and marginalized people of Delhi has forced even its own leaders to leave it.

MCD leader of opposition Ankush Narang said that Rajoura's return to AAP is a proud moment. I saw how he treated slum dwellers, snatched their houses after promising 'Jahan Jhuggi, Wahan Makaan'.
'BJP does not support the poor'
He said that voting for the AAP candidate during the MCD chairman election gave him some peace of mind. He praised Arvind Kejriwal for sticking to his word and said that the BJP does not support the poor but wants to wipe them out.
