Bihar: People were beating a drunken youth. Some were saying kill him, while others were saying something else. Then the police came and took the injured youth into custody and took him to the hospital. People allege that he raped a goat and then killed it. 

Raped and strangled to death: 

Regarding the incident, the goat owner Chhanji Hansda said that at 2 o'clock in the afternoon she was working in her house after tying the goat to a peg with a rope. When she came out, the goat tied to the peg was missing. When the goat went missing, a search was done in the surroundings, but it could not be found anywhere. When it was not found nearby, Libri started searching in the backyard and saw that Matru Rishi was raping my goat in the corn field. As soon as his eyes fell on me, the accused strangled the goat, which caused the goat's death. When the goat owner started crying, the local people working in the backyard gathered there.

The villagers 

caught the young man and thrashed him and then handed him over to the police. The young man got injured in the beating by the locals. Kenagar Station Officer Navdeep Kumar Gupta said that he has received information about the case. Police 112 has been sent and brought to the police station. Currently the young man is being treated at Kenagar PHC. The goat owner Chhanji Hansda has given a written application to the police, in which he has accused Matru Rishi for committing the incident. Now the police is taking action.
