Akhnoor IED Blast:  Two Indian Army soldiers were martyred in an IED blast near the LoC in Akhnoor sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The martyred soldiers include Captain Karamjit Singh and Naik Mukesh Singh. A statement from the father of martyred soldier Mukesh Singh has come to light.

Akhnoor IED Blast: Two soldiers were martyred in an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) blast near the Line of Control (LOC) in Akhnoor sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Mukesh Singh, a soldier from Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, was also martyred in this blast. The father's statement has come out on the martyrdom of his son. He said that my son was taking the responsibility of the entire family.

The father, feeling proud of his son, said with teary eyes that he was martyred for the country. The soldier's father told the media that Mukesh Singh was in the army for 11 years. He was the eldest son of the family and was taking care of the entire family. He was also going to get married in April.

While talking to the media, the father of the jawan said that we received a call from CO sahab, he told us that your son's condition is serious. We are getting him admitted to the hospital. After this, we said that we will come, so he said that you should not come, because the hospital people do not know where they should refer your son, so it will be better for you not to come. We were told on the phone that it is getting dark. It will not be right for you to come now. You should try to come in the morning.

Martyr Mukesh was fond of joining the army since childhood. 

He said that my son was fond of joining the army since childhood. After joining the army, he was posted at many places. The soldier's family says that Pakistan should be taught a tough lesson.
