5000 SBI ATMs are included in this contract.
Under this contract, CMS Info Systems will manage approximately 5,000 SBI -owned ATMs across the country. The company will manage tasks such as ensuring cash availability, monitoring operations, and improving uptime. This will directly benefit millions of SBI customers, who will face fewer problems, such as ATMs running out of cash or machines being down. This 10-year contract will come into effect this month. Under this contract, CMS Managed Services will work to improve cash efficiency and make ATM operations more stable. The bank's focus is to ensure uninterrupted self-service banking for its customers.
Bank's first major direct cash outsourcing contract
According to the company, this is the first such large and direct cash outsourcing contract awarded by a public sector bank. It simultaneously encompasses such a large ATM network, which is considered a significant step in the bank outsourcing sector. Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer of CMS Info Systems, stated that the company expects revenue growth of over ₹500 crore in the coming years from this contract. He explained that the ATM network in the country faced several problems in 2025, and CMS played a major role in stabilizing ATM operations for many banks.
SBI and CMS's contract is stronger than before
SBI and CMS have already collaborated on several major projects. CMS has a strong presence in the banking sector through its multi-vendor software solutions, Vision AI solutions, and ATM managed services. This new contract is believed to further strengthen this partnership. Following the news of this large order, CMS Info Systems' shares also saw a surge.
